Red wine Roble-Matured Ladron de Lunas

Wine aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, resulting in a wine of an intense tile red color with soft violet reflections, with still primary aromas reminiscent of red fruits softened by a vanilla touch given by aging.

100% Bobal

Red wine matured 12 months in barrel.

Elaboration: Wine from the grapes of our oldest vineyards in Bobal, grown at an altitude of more than 900 meters.

Pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days and controlled fermentation for 7 days.

Maturation: The wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 12 months.

Description and tasting notes:

Appearance: cherry red color with a high robe with a purplish rim, clean and bright; very greasy, good adhesion.

Aroma: a standing glass highlights the fruity aromas with intense memories of strawberry, ripe plum and currant; vanilla appears more smoothly. Shaking the glass, the aromas of currant and raspberry stand out powerfully, mixed with toasted touches of incense and licorice typical of good French oak, integrating perfectly with the wine.

Taste: in the mouth it gives an unusual freshness to be a wine for aging; it maintains a good acidity, which combined with the meatiness makes this wine an appetizing drink with a smooth, but persistent, balanced finish and great personality. The tannin integrates perfectly, giving a very pleasant mid palate.
