Red wine matured 12 months in barrel and 12 months in bottle.
Elaboration: Wine from the grapes of our oldest vineyards in Bobal, grown at an altitude of more than 900 meters.
Pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days and controlled fermentation for 7 days.
Maturation: The wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 12 months.
Appearance: A wine with an intense tile red color with soft violet reflections.
Aroma: Still primary aromas reminiscent of red fruits softened by a vanilla touch given by aging.
Perfect pairing with Duck breast, painted stuffed with foie gras and baked poultry in general. Rack of lamb with prunes. Rabbit’s trotters with snails and brambles.
