Red wine matured 12 months in barrels
Preparation: Wine from the grapes of our oldest bobal vineyards, grown at an altitude of more than 900 meters.
Pre-fermentative maceration for 3 years and controlled fermentation in American oak barrels 100% first-use and aging it to 12 months.
Appearance: A wine of an intense red color the with soft violet reflections.
Aroma: With still primary aromas reminiscent of red fruits softened by a vanilla touch given by aging.
Taste: Let note body in its mouth is ripe tannin, it is unctuous, gliceric after-taste and length.
