La Obejita Tinta

Red wine matured 5 months in barrels and 10 in bottle

PREPARATION
The grapes are macerated at low temperature with regular pumping up of the skins.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature.

Maturity: The wine is sent to barriques of French oak for the malolactic fermentation and further aging for 5 months.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: It has a quite dark red cherry colour, bright and clean.
Aroma: In the nose, it is very clean, with good fruit and well integrated toasted notes, fresh and elegant.
Taste: In the mouth it has a good structure, and is pleasant with good acidity and long aftertaste.

Ideal with meat stews and cured cheeses, it pairs very well with foie and the combination with dark chocolate is surprising.
