Salchichón 100% Ibérico de Bellota en lonchas - 80 gr

We use only selected lean from our 100% Iberian animals, wisely flavored with natural peppercorns and with an unmistakable texture that melts on the palate. Sausage with pepper under our recipe that highlights the flavour even more. This salchichón comes from our Iberian pigs fed with acorn during the montanera and cured in the north of Córdoba, in the “Valle de Los Pedroches”. It is an intense salami with a flavour full of nuances.
